Rooms in Higashi-osaka

Where do I begin. The room was perfect for me. I thought I was in a higher-end hotel. Bathtub in the room and an onsen bath near the lobby separated by gender. Heated toilets with an optional warm squirt in the butt. Traditional pajamas to wear, including over 30 amenities. Laundromat in the lobby area. Breakfast was good, and they provided a free dinner snack. The location was great. 1 minute walk to a subway entrance. 1.5 minutes to a large grocery store. Many eateries, restaurants, and mini-marts within two minutes walk. The people were great. Communicated in English. I will book this hotel again if I visit Osaka again. We'll worth the value.

Stylish in a dated way with the stained glass and real wallpaper. An old hotel, but it's been well taken care of. Japanese style room with kotatsu was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with good hot water and pressure in the shower. AC couldn't be turned to cool mode during winter, but the front desk immediately provided a nice fan, and it was comfortable with the windows open. Nice view. Very comfortable futons on real tatami. Such a nice and convenient neighborhood that we for real looked at apartment rental prices in the area since we're moving soon. Microwave and washer/ dryer available on 2nd floor. Washers lock with a PIN so no one can mess with your clothes, so smart. Reasonable price and cleaned well, though dryer took some extra time. Front desk kindly took multiple deliveries, both sending and receiving. Highly recommend.

Unbelievable! Very comfortables and perfect location, next to the Imperial Palace!

The check in and check out process was very quick and the concierge staff spoke english. It was nice to receive loungewear that we could use on the hotel premise. The location is close to the train station (20-30 minutes to central ish Osaka), and close to an outlet mall.

Perfect location. It was so easy to get anywhere because the train station was right there.

Breakfast is awesome, with free coffee till 10 am. 1 minute away from the train station. Plenty of parking space.

The value is fantastic, the staff is amazing and despite being in the middle of the city it’s still quiet.

The View was very beautiful, Osaka is a nice city to look at from the hills. I always love coming back to Japan to Visit the Kansai when I have enough time and Money. Thank you for having me.

location is near the osaka metro / kintetsu line subway, the area is peaceful and the staff were very helpful and accommodating

I hated everything about this property

The beds were comfy, the staff was kind and very helpful - if you have trouble with Japanese over the phone, they can bring you an English explanation or use a translation app in person to make things clearer. Both room and bath were luxurious for typical accommodations for the price. Room service was very convenient and the food was delicious.

The location was a quick walk to the Yaenosato station! You can get icoca cards right there and reload them as well for all of the many trips you are sure to take from there. There is a Lawson's right down the street and plenty of restaurants in the area as well! The most important part were the hosts, some of the most welcoming and gracious people I have had the pleasure of meeting in all of the places we have ever stayed! Breakfast was included and you can tell they took great care with making them light but filling! Additionally, they were great conversationalists and gave us lots of travel advice!! Highly recommend staying here and getting hosted by this amazing and kind couple in Osaka!!

So many things wrong with the property, booked for 4 days but it was so bad I left after 1 day. The owner was completely disrespectful I’ve never seen someone in Japan like this. Very disappointed and don’t recommend

The house is just perfect size for 4-5 person. Located near to station with convenient stores! Forgot my mascara here then the owner offered to covered the postage fee, thank you for being so nice!
