Super clean and spacious rooms, the clothes rack and hangers are useful, large closets in bed rooms. The Japanese style living room at the first floor is impressive. Would like to stay again for the next visit.

The property location is only 5min away from subway station and several convenience store and supermarket near by.
Facilities are very clean and really equipped. There are two toilets and showers! Large enough bedroom for 8 adults people lay futon mattress.
Laundry area is roomy. There is dryer for quick dry and also we can use useful hanger rack.
We only stay 2nights but we recommended this property for long stay.

Our room was fantastic for our family of 5. We were only staying overnight, and it was the perfect location for our itinerary. The beds were super comfy, with spacious shower and complimentary bathrobes. VIsiting in summer, the air con was well used and enjoyed. Access to the free massage chair was an added bonus located next to a vending and ice machine.

Very pleasant stay. My room was tidy and relatively spacious for Japan's standard in those areas. Staff was friendly and there was always iced water, coffee and tea in the reception area.
If you are here for nerd stuff (capsule gacha, figurines, retro games...), you'll find yourself right in the heart of Den Den Town here, which is like a small version of Tokyo's Akihabara.
Namba Station is also just a short walk away.

Great location, subway in front of the hotel (exit4with elevator) and 10mn walk to JR or ~15mn to Shinsekai.
Nearby Family mart and 24hrs giant local grocery.
We stayed 9days and got upgraded from double bed room type to twin rooms since the staff suggested it’s bigger room+more comfortable for long stay (free of charge)
All staffs were helpful and spoke great English. Affordable price with high standards. Highly recommend

We liked:
- the beds in the wall
- the proximity to the Kishi-Kujo train station (JR) and grocery stores.
- the kitchenette. We were able to have breakfast (my kids were up at 3:30 am because of jet lag so very handy!)
- two bedrooms so lots of space.
- the fun decor for kids and free Netflix.
We loved meeting the hosts. They assisted us with the AC units and made sure we had everything we needed.

The apartment is spacious and clean. It has the basic necessities needed while travelling. The bed is comfortable. There is a balcony where clothes can be hung to dry after washing.
The location is good as it is near to Dotonbori. The host is friendly and prompt in responding to our queries.

The room was very spacious for Japan, alot bigger than our room in Shinjuku. It was such a good location very close to the train station. Everyone who worked there was super nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Osaka.

The staff at the guesthouse is really friendly and fun. It's just 3 minutes from the subway station, so it's convenient to move around. Both the bed and public facilities are kept clean and the bedroom is spacious. The guests are also very social. This might be the best option if you are looking for a friend to travel with. And tourists don't have to worry about the security of Nishinari. It's safe enough to walk around late at night. I made many memories here. Best guest house in Osaka 👍👍

The apartment was great, all the facilities needed. The kitchen was good, it was nice to have a sofa area and there was lots of room - much more than I expect in Japan, the place was spacious. The wifi was good, and the air con in the bedroom was very powerful. There was a little balcony space, which was useful for drying washing. Check in was simple, as long as you follow the instructions (which I found clear)

good location, big spacious room with kitchenette (and big fridge) and a tv/lounge space. Great bathroom with a bath! Big comfy bed. Easy to check in and out and good that they had luggage room! So close to lots of great food place and the train station. Great little handmade booklet of recommendation and tips!

The fluffy pancakes in the cafe are amazing. The staff are wonderful and kind. The room was spacious compared to average hotel rooms in Japan. The location was not too far walking from the train station and dotonbouri. I appreciate the eco gestures - the rooms are not stocked with disposable toiletries, instead you can take what you need from the lobby self service.

Pros:
- Great staff, all good speaking english.
- Could be a bit more social but overall ok.
- Bedroom layout is nice.
- Located above a metro so for convenience it’s nice.
- 5 minutes from a 7-Eleven and food everywhere.
- Soap / Shampoo Provided
- A lot of snorers however they did provide ear plugs, which I didn’t try.
