The breakfast was good and cheap

Great location, conveniently located to public transportation with easy access to Umeda and the rest of northern Osaka. Tons of great restaurant options in the neighborhood that stay open late. Good shopping options in the immediate vicinity as well.

The staff was kind, the location is exeptionally easy to access from train networks and the room was very clean

Very nice lobby area. Had a lot of funny objects. The onsens were very nice, and breakfast was included and extensive. A lot of nice croissants and all types of breakfast food.

Very central location. Nice decor, fresh, bright rooms. Absolutely every amenity you could want. Breakfast was amazing and hot spring baths brilliant.

I had to extend my stay and it was a little complicated, the staff was super nice and made everything work really fast Definitely gotta give them extra credit because they don’t get a lot of English speakers around here and they did great

I am a repeat customer. A great place. Nicely decorated appartment rooms, own shower and toilet. Toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee. Nice owners. Quiet neighborhood, but just 3 minutes walk to the station.

Owners were helpful and pleasant, location, convenient pay to park.

The staff were very helpful with recommendations and assistance with how to get around Osaka. They do provide a shuttle service from the nearest train stations. If you stay longer than 3 days. They take you to a nearby onsen free of charge. I loved that they also cooked you breakfast if you would like. I also got to meet some cool people who were staying there as well. Staying here made my first time in Osaka amazing.

Amazing hosts. Great retreat with so many options for small groups. Privacy, communal areas and so many extras.

Very good location if you want to escape from the center of Osaka but still be 5min away from metro station (20-30min to Nippombashi Station). Very clean and with all the facilities we needed. Residential and quiet neighborhood and great local restaurants around. We spend 2 nights during the weekend and it didn’t feel like it, very quiet and peaceful.

It’s a 3-story building with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets, one of the bathroom with a bathtub, the shower was strong enough, there are a washing machine, a stove, a microwave, an oven, and a kettle in the fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 bikes for the guests to use which is very convenient for them to travel to train station and explore the neighbourhood.

Worth staying with families. It is fully equipped.
