My favorite hotel resort in Japan

We received an upgrade in rooms at check in. Every staff was friendly and helpful to any questions we had. We did not have a car but they had a shuttle service to and from the front desk, restaurant we were going to, and to the train station. Would recommend if you want a getaway in the wilderness in Yamanashi.

Central location for things I wanted to do. Best pet friendly place we have found in the area!

Very nice hotel with very kind staff

Extremely warm and solicit solicitous staff. The rooms were very comfortable with bed and put pillows very comfortable. The hotel bar is a gem and with handcrafted furniture and an seats winning cocktail and whisky collection. The breakfasts here are amazing and included a wonderful bowl of hoto, a local noodle and vegetable soup. Delicious!

Very scenic area, attentive and friendly host - they were very kind, and the area around the Bed and Breakfast was peaceful! A good getaway sort of place.
