Location, value, friendly staff

Beautiful, quiet and peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of town. The hotel sits right on the beachfront with an unobstructed view of the the ocean, Torishima and Takashima islands as well as the northern coast and at night you can see the train come around the tip of the bay.

Good location, comfortable bed

The room was perfect - big-sized, has a washing machine, and a sizeable toilet. 10/10 experience.

Such a peaceful and tranquil environment with the beautiful gardens and carefully considered arrangements of flowers and artworks. The staff were exceptional and the food was prepared with the utmost of care. This was the most memorable of places we have ever experienced. We couldn't recommend highly enough.

Everything was excellent. Very nice onsen, indoor and outdoor, with all the amenities. Buffet breakfast and dinner well worth purchasing. This is a first class ryokan.

Clean and actually better than the pictures.

The kitchen and bathroom, the size of the room, comfortable vibe. The beds were nice. TV was good. Very quiet! We felt safe. Easy access from station.

Definitely a resort in that the view from the room was beautiful. The establishment is hands off so check in is by yourself and you won't even see any staff, but they are there. I love the selection of premium shampoo they let you try. about a 10 min straight walk from hamasaki station

Super friendly host, gave us small gifts and offered us directions and drinks. Very beautiful location and very very clean and comfortable.

Clean and new. The bed was comfortable. A convenience store was next door and that was a plus.

Very new and modern in an old, small fishing port. Our window opened and looked out on the harbor. Lots to watch in this lively, tiny port. Fresh air was lovely for a change. The staff was very helpful and caring. We really enjoyed our time here, and would have stayed a little longer had we known what the area offered.

It was a perfectly manicured property and every room offered a breathtaking ocean view. Their kaiseki dinner was delicious and their service was to die for. We told them that we’re celebrating our husbands’ big birthday there and we’re what they’d come up with. They offered them a lovely birthday cake with traditional Japanese celebration attire for them to try on! We loved their care and wonderful hospitality.
