JapanYuki-san the owner of the guesthouse is one of the kindest and fun persons I met in Japan. Who cares so much of the well being of his guests. On top of that the guesthouse is so clean and cleaned by him everyday. Whenever you have questions you can ask him and he will help as much as he can. You can enjoy your stay and also if you like you can have nice and interesting talks about many topics with him. I will book this place at my next stay in Kagoshima again. 11 out of 10! Exceeded my expectations by far (:

the host was friendly and great, and was willing to offer help when we asked for recommendations. the property was well maintained given the location, and it was spacious and clean. the owner also roasts his own coffee beans for guests to use and they are amazing. they have a newly built cafe next to the property that i hope people will visit!

The room on the top floor is a penthouse. Room 811. Amazingly huge and newly renovated. Every detail is taken in during their renovation. We enjoyed it so so much.

Beautiful view and spacious room. Onsen of the hotel are fantastic and very relaxing. Plus, a large choice of food in the buffet of the dinner and breakfast.

Large traditional room with a balcony. The beautiful view of the forest is complimented by the sound of water in the distance.
- Friendly staff, communication in English was partially possible.
- Very scenic location of the the outside onsen by the river. Unfortunately it does not include a shower and can only be reserved for 30 minutes per day. Additionally there is are two onsens located in the building. These come with a shower. The daily limit here is 50 minutes.

Friendly helpful staff who used translation app to make sure we could understand
24 hour baths so when I woke up in the middle of the night I could go down and soak for awhile.
Beautiful breakfast.

The staff is polite, friendly and willing to help you with any questions. There are three outdoor hot springs and one indoor hot springs that you can reserve for your private use. The Japanese style bedroom makes you feel like immersing in the local culture. Full Japanese breakfast is also fantastic.

Staff are very friendly and the room is spacious and clean.
Great view without any blockage.
For drivers, there are limited parking lots.
The breakfast and dinner are great. Lots of selection and well presented.

The staffs were very friendly and the location was reasonable to find with public transportation.
Our room was facing the forest so it was very peaceful and quiet.
And the dinner menu was never-ending, so we really felt like they put a lot of effort in the service!
The riverside onsen was such a special experience as well!
