The staff is so nice and proactively help me to arrange pick up and drop off. Sent me the JR train timetable. Arranged driver to pick me up from station. Allow me to send the luggage before arrival. Hotel shuttle is so convenient. Japanese room is so cosy and clean. Very good value with such amazing services in Niseko Hirafu area.

Worth every penny!! Everything is perfect. Well-trained and super friendly staff plus great breakfast.

Fantastic facility, great food in the restaurant, clean bathrooms, friendly staff and a super convenient bus that takes you to the main ski hill. There were great restaurants close by as well!

Nikko Style Hamazono is by far the best hotel in the Niseko | Hanazono area. The hotel facilities are exceptional, the views of the moutain from almost every angle take your breath away, the food was excellent and the Onsen was sooo relaxing. But morevthan any of that the staff are the BEST in the business. They had staff of almost every nationality speaking in local language of every guest. They are caring, thoughtful, warm and discreet and everyone seemed genuinely committed to ensuring we loved Hanazono and wanted to come back.

My Ecolodge was the perfect budget accommodation in Niseko! They had a shuttle that picked us up and dropped us off where our buses arrived and a shuttle to get us to the slopes in the morning. The public buses also stop at the intersection outside of the hotel, so there are plenty of options to get around. Staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast is included and very good.

Loved the two bedroom option for the money it was a great value. We had 3 people and the space was nice to have even though we didn’t use the kitchen. It is at the bottom of the hill but the walk to town want bad at all. Breakfast was great and the dinner option was nice to have even though we didn’t take advantage of it.

All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better. The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again.

The location was perfect just a small 3 minute walk to the closest lift . As its a english school also was nice to interact with locals and my 15 year okd som made friends with some of the students and went skiing with them.

not a big onsen but very good, hot and cold onsen tub outdoor, ski resort view is good, can see mt.Yotei in front of the hotel, the room is very good and so comfortable 😃

Stayed here to have access to Niseko and Rusutsu ski resorts. Location is great; easy drive to the resorts. Walking distance from several restaurants and two grocery stores. Much quieter than the main resort areas. The hotel is clean, simple, and nice. Good value. The staff are excellent. They went out of their way to help support a room request I had made. Overall, would recommend.

The architecture, the room design and the nature integration is outstanding. You want to simply stay and enjoy. The food is excellent.

The staff was excellent, extremely attentive and helpful us get out train back to otaru during the snow storm. Thank you guys

Fantastic for everything. Location was perfect. Close to the e mountain access and also the town shops and restaurants. It was more lux than the photos show. The onsen was amazing. The chalet shuttle bus was perfect and made everything easy. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We hired our ski gear from the ski concierge and booked a lesson. All terrific.

The entrance table and emails provide all the information needed to get into the house and room. I stayed here at the end of Oct. and there were only 2 other guests. very quiet. view of the ski mountain from room. Right beside the coop supermarket for cheap meals. I drove a rental here and had no problem parking or finding the property. Kitchen, Laundry, its all here.

People in sansui were friendly and kind to help you resolve any problems, and nice services, deserved for 10

Really well designed space, lots of very nice amenities.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The room with view of Mt. Yotei was incredible. The service was impeccable, they even went the extra mile coordinating with our previous hotel and our next hotel to have a lost item shipped to our next stop. The private onsen was amazing. We don't usually do hotel breakfast, but this spread was next level, they had everything and of ridiculously good quality, I'm still thinking about the local camerbert cheese and the cured ham... Tuna sashimi and salmon roe for donburi, ridiculously good local fruits, just the tip of the iceberg, they had everything. We stayed in the off-season (late Sept 2024) so the value of the room was probably one of the best we have come across in the last 15 years of traveling the globe. Oh, didn't mention the beautiful kitchen with everything you need and super high end equipment and pots/pans etc. If you want to spoil yourself in the off-season don't think twice, just book this place. And thank you so much again to the staff for helping us recover our lost item from a previous hotel, you really went above and beyond, and we are eternally grateful. Keep up the stellar job and we can only hope to come back in the near future.
