IndonesiaProperty was exceptional, clean space, lots of amenities inside the room and facilities are super well maintained. The room was spacious and beautifully designed. The hotel is also located close to major areas ( 5 min walk from JR Hakodate station, right across Hakodate morning market ekini, 3 min walk from the nearby tram station or 7 min away from the Hakodate ekimae tram stop) and there are multiple konbinis nearby. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visitinf Hakodate!!!

Israelthis hotel is extremely luxurious. the design and attention to details is remarkable. rooms are elegant in a Japanese style design. we got little Japanese treats like walnut mochi and corn tea. we enjoyed yukatas we got for the stay. the bath was the most beautiful hotel bath we visited in our trip to Japan. and the free ice-cream was a fun little touch. breakfast was very rich, a Japanese high class breakfast with a big variety of choices to dring and an interesting menu being preperd when you arrive. perfect stay in Sapporo.

PhilippinesI really loved the entire room that we booked! The interior design of the hotel has a modern Japanese vibe which I really love. The room was beyond our expectations as well, it was clean and all the things we needed were already provided. This is the best place to stay in Otaru, it's right in the Sakaimachi area and really nearby the Music Box Museum. The staff are so nice by the way! 🥰😍

House is huge, spacious and spotless. Facilities are all thoughtfully labelled with many signs throughout the house with instructions which were easy to read. Clear view of the lake and the summer fireworks from the second floor balcony. Host Tomihara-san was friendly and helped set up the room arrangements as requested. Wish we could have stayed for a few more days.

the space is well arranged and bright, which creates a warm atmosphere; the toilets and showers are far from the rooms which allows you not to disturb anyone if you want to take a shower late at night or very early; there is access to a washer/dryer; the kitchen is nice; and most importantly: the bedroom doors close super silently! my room type was spacious, window was L shape and could view the renovating Gov. office in sapporo, and facing tree tops, walking distance to Daimaru , Apia, Red Terrace, a lot of food choices, hotel breakfast was great

We were given a free upgrade to a room with a view of the small lake and the volcano, as well as the forest, and it was so lovely I didn't want to leave. Beautiful and spacious room and excellent value at the price we paid. Tranquil location, great and helpful staff, and good location for touring by car. Nearby Onuma Quasi-National Park is lovely, especially at sunset. Wifi worked well, everything was good, and the hotel has pretty grounds with woodland walks.

Amazing staff, extremely helpful. Our room was nice and spacious. The hotel is nice and clean, and the elevators are quite fast and efficient. The free shuttle bus to Sapporo JR Station helped on our day trips to other locations as the hotel itself is a little far to walk from most tourist spots. Getting to and from the hotel from New Chitose Airport was also quite convenient as the airport limousine bus has a stop right beside the hotel.

This is a spacious two bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, large lounge, good heating, good lighting, and is ground level, with parking. It's within walking distance to amazing restaurants. One of the rooms has two single beds. This room wasn't as appealing as the room with the tatami mats and futons which were very comfortable.
The host speaks English so communication was easy.

Convenient location from airport. Direct bus from airport ¥1300 and get off at Minami 3jo and walk 5-7mins. Train is Honshui susukino and exit 5 but better take bus less climbing of stairs. Hotel provide bf and basically the same every day but taste good. The hot drink on the house 24/7 . Hotel room quite spacious and clean. Only set back the check out time is quite early 10am and need to pay idmf you want to extend even for an hour. Not flexible.

Spacious room and exceeded all my expectations of hotel rooms in a Japanese city hotel.
Another plus point is the location of the hotel, super close to all facilities that a traveler needs.
Perfect for family get away too.
However do note that the hotel charges for the Onsen and it's not operated like a public bath style like most other hotel in Japan.

Love the friendly staff. We upgraded to a Junior suite for 5000 ten more. Best decision. Great room. Very spacious and well appointed. This property is great and would definitely return. The public bath is very clean and nice.
