The warm welcome service from manager and all staff , room was so cleanliness, breakfast was so good : variety and delicious, location was near the shopping center.

The Hotel has complete amenities, complete with basic needs, free flowing of coffee, the breakfast is very good for its price only cost 1,400 JPY (pre booked) for a Buffett breakfast. The Hotel maybe old, but very comfortable to stay.

- The location is very convenient as it's right next to the JR station. There are also 7-11 and family mart around. - The price we pay is pretty much what we get. - Room has all basic facilities and amenities. All are working fine, including lights, shower and AC. - Room is super clean and well organized. Suitable for hop on for 1 night only in case you have an early morning flight. This will be ideal choice. - There is a public bath where you can enjoy and relax

Rooms were larger than anticipated. Clean and updated bathrooms. Bedding was cute

It is a brand new unit. The utensils and bedding are very clean and new. I love the washing and dryer machine. The parking is in front of the building.

The place was quiet morning and night. The room has everything we needed, from refrigerator to electric stove. They even provided free toothbrush and toothpaste (properly sealed). Check-out process was simple and easy.

The architecture, the serenity, the elegance of the place. Food was very very good.

We stayed here prior to a flight from Chitose airport. We had our own car and there was plenty of parking available. Shops/restaurants a short drive away. The appartment was massive and highly recommend for big groups. 3 seperate bedrooms each with 2 x double beds. Sooo much storage and big spacious living area and kitchen. Very clean, will definately stay again.

The location and grounds for exploring. The birds at breakfast. The onsen.

Not far feom train station, staff communication is good and good support. Walk to Yakiniku restaurant not far. Room is clean and free coffee in lobby

By car so easy location close to the airport. Parking on-site and free. A good communal atmosphere with meeting/eating area and good access to amenities.

Absolutely gorgeous location, and the dinner was incredibly delicious, an entire experience.

Large, comfortable, clean apartment. Bed was very comfortable. Convenient to the New Chitose airport.
