Staff was so kind and good for kids.

The rooms were spacious nice and bright - really well equipped (all cables you can possible need, pajamas etc). 10 out of 10. Beautiful location!!

Nice glamping experience. It was quite cold outside, and we were worried that it would be too cold. There were heaters prepped in the dome tent we were staying, keeping the whole place very warm. The sauna was really good too.

The host is responsive to all the questions Ive asked. The villa is really clean. The villa is pet friendly but you dont smell any pet residue inside. They are really good in keeping the place really clean. The host sent us instruction how to access the place and how to operate all the appliances inside the villa. There are enough amenities included. Parking is convenient. There is a jet tub, heated floor, kitchenette, refrigerator, the restroom is updated and the beds are nicely made- sheets, towels, blankets are really clean. The villa is about 20 minutes from Karuizawa Prince snow resort, not bad if you are looking for a clean, good accommodation (6 beds), completed amenities and pet friendly 🏨.

Good location right next to an excellent Izakaya. Very quiet at night.

The villa is big with lots of space

We stayed here while visiting friends in Saku. Since I’m the type of person who gets lost even with maps, I was a little nervous about finding the place and emailed ahead to ask for directions. The staff kindly explained the route in advance, and thanks to their directions we made it from the highway exit without getting lost. Check-in was very simple and we were able to settle in right away. We chose this place because we were getting tired of eating out every day and wanted somewhere with a kitchen—and that turned out to be the perfect choice. Sitting together on the terrace, listening to birds singing while enjoying good wine and sake, was exactly what we needed after traveling. Because it’s a small property and feels more private than a regular hotel, we were really able to relax and enjoy our time at our own pace. It was quiet, comfortable, and felt a little like having our own vacation house. We especially loved how peaceful and cozy everything felt—it made it easy to slow down and just enjoy being there together. Honestly, we wish we had stayed longer.

The host is very good and helpful. The location is awesome. This was a great stay.
