The location of the hotel was a convenient walk to the train station. The hotel room is one of the best traditional japanese style rooms that I have stayed in, and had everything I could've possibly wanted from a hotel in Japan. From the onsen on the top floor, tea for morning enjoyment, clean bathroom, and tons of space for all my items, this hotel has got you covered.

Great location and many restaurants and shopping nearby. Bikes were also available for getting around. Highly recommend property when visiting Kochi.

The location is fantastic, right at the big shopping arcade. There are lots of options for dining and access to public transportation. We were walking the Shikoku 88 and based ourselves in Kochi overnight, arriving by train from Gomen near No. 29. Then taking a bus to No. 30 and walking south to No. 31 the next day. It was a great city break.

The location is situated by the shopping arcade where local events like the Sunday Market and the Christmas Market were taking place. It is also between the castle and Kochi station and it only takes 10~15 minutes noth ways.

In an excellent location, very central in Kochi City. The room was small but efficient and comfortable with ample amenities. The staff were super kind and the communal bath was small but sufficient. The bed linens were good as well.

Stayed here around Japan's Thanksgiving holiday as there was no other places to stay on Booking. Stayed while on the Ohenro pilgrimage. This is a love hotel, but was just fine to stay on the pilgrimage.

Typical Japanese house with tatami. The place was clean and very quiet. The owner was very helpful and polite and his friend Piko, very cute.

Everything! Attention to detail. Labels in English on everything. So many amenities provided. Super comfortable pillows & bed. Netflix provided. Spotlessly clean. Big parking space. Could have stayed longer than 2 days easily.

Very comfortable room and beds. Staff is welcoming and helpful, even with limited English language abilities. Convenient car park on the ground floor (limited spaces, arrive early). Great breakfast includes bonito sashimi! A very pleasant stay, and good value.

The house itself was super fun and quirky and the room was the perfect size for three people. Maki was also super kind and gave us a ton of great restaurant and experience recommendations for Kochi!

It’s conveniently located in Kochi, easily walkable from the train station. Check in was smooth and my private room was comfortable. I used the laundry machines, very easy. I needed a haircut and the ground floor of the building shares space with a salon so an additional bonus for me.

The location was perfect, the private parking was perfect, and the proximity to great restaurants and izakayas was a bonus! The front desk staff was kind, courteous, and prompt (especially Chikamori-san). All in all, it exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!
