I like the open air hot springs most.

Clean and nice. Hot springs in all area hotels are free if you stay in the hotel. Needless to say, hot springs and views are exceptional.

The location was only accessible by car, but because of this, it was private and surrounded by nature. The owner even showed me a starry sky at night.

Very good hot spring baths and the hotel bus pick up from Karuizawa station is quite convenient.

The hospitality of the owner is owesome and very helpful. The cabin is new and clean.

You get the whole place to yourself. Kotatsu experience was the best. Kitchen is well equipped.

The property was spacious for 8 people and with two toilets, it was easy to use. Also the quiet is something we liked.
