All inpresive the view. They have everything , spring l(is like a spa ) . Garden, it has little shop . Laundry, restaurant .

Good location if you have a car because it’s just right next to the lake. It is easy to see the sunrise with the mountain Fuji. The bed is comfortable and the facilities are nice. Really enjoyed my stay there.

The view of the room was amazing and the breakfast that they offer was really good. The staff were really nice and friendly and very helpful.

The host was so nice and caring, did everything to make us feel comfortable and dedicated his time and effort to help us with anything. We loved using the private onsen (there were a few) every evening after a long day. The area is very nice and we took the free bikes for a ride around the lake, in front of mount fuji. The bus station is a- 15 min walk but we managed! Overall we had a really great stay, and we would come there again if we ever come back to Japan!

What I liked about the property was how comfortable I was able to be and how warm and welcoming the staff were. This place is very special and dear to me because not only was the location great but the staff were so accommodating and this place had so much charm to it. The facilities were great as well super clean and sanitary beds were great and I felt very safe here. The best part was having coffee and chatting with the owners Keisuke and Marino. Great people with great stories, I could definitely talk to them for days straight if I wasn’t backpacking throughout Japan. Overall Yamanakako is a hidden gem and there is no better place to stay and experience it than Guesthouse Murabito.

I received the best service ever at this hotel. The owner was a lovely and thoughtful couple, they help us with bringing the suitcase to upper stairs and even offer free rides!!! We got a bit problem during the night but they have come and help us without any complaints. The hotel was quite close to the swan lake and bus stop so it was also a combo!! It was a wonderful day we have at yamanakako partly thanks to them, def I will come back here!!! For the owner thats now reading this, thank you so much for making my day, your hospitality is the best thing ever!!! I wish you the best!!! 🥰

We came in late and they kindly left us the key at the reception to check ourselves in. We had a very good night‘s rest and could also park our rental car in front of the building. Definitely worth coming back here. We woke up to a sunrise and Mount Fuji, also took a trip to Lake Ashi but that side was already a little cloudy and Fujisan was hiding, but back at Lake Kawaguchi we could see the volcano in all his glory again. Exceptionally beautiful experience!!!
