The room for 2 was spacious enough to open up our luggage and the 2 single bed are good size for each of us. Well equipped with LCD tv, kettle and hair dryer. Even the main light came with a remote control. Good!

The view of Sakurajima is superb. The room is spacious and very well equipped. The bed is amazing and makes our sleep so much better. The staff is amazing and very helpful

Great location, very close to local transportation, many restaurants nearby, exceptionally large bedroom size with very large bathroom separate toilet and double vanity. Use of mobile phone to excess floor, room, and checkout. Even had a mini kitchen.

Big room, friendly staff, best washing machine. In Kagoshima city center, plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores around the hotel. Very quiet. WiFi works great. Small lobby with couches to lounge or work.

Super clean! Everything that you could possibly need was in the room A projector to watch videos on the white wall, a VOD tv, toothbrush with toothpaste, simply nothing was missing. Staff were on site and were never endingly helpful and kind.

What makes this place exceptional is the host and the location. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location is great, as it is very close to Kagoshimachuo station, gram, and grocery shopping.

The instructions were confusing since there were two rooms, we received instructions for both including the key codes and it was unclear which room we were supposed to be in. Fortunately, the communication was swift and we got it resolved.

The staff was very helpful. They saved my friend's life after he lost his passport by helping him contact the locations involved. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kagoshima.

Very clean and respectful staff. There are no women onsen or sauna but they offered bedrock bath which was excellent. Good access to the trams and tenmonkan area too.

The location of Solaria is impeccable. With many restaurant choices just down the hotel and very centrally located with magnificent view for さくらじま. Our room at 14F floor also gets this wonderful view. Room is spacious, clean, and modern. Solaria has 3 parking sites that they co-operated with. We parked in the one that's just next to the hotel building.
