The staff at the reception was exceptional especially Mr Subash . He was very very helpful.

It was the prettiest hotel ever and they give you such a good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and the pillows are very comfortable

The location was super convenient. The breakfast was the same every day but very good. I forgot to bring the power outlet adapter but they let me borrow one, which was very nice. . That saved my trip! Thanks so much!

It was a clean room and bathroom

The hotel has a great location near The station. Thr bed feel like Hotel in Muji. Very minimal and comfy. The staff is friendly and can speak English.

Superb location, only 1 minute walk to station

The staff was very friendly, especially after we discovered that the hotel we booked was a Japanese sex hotel! The employee was very nice and explained that this happens often.

I felt really welcomed, I had a very nice dinner with a good beer and even though I unfortunately don't speak any Japanese, it was pretty easy to communicate all my needs. Being a foreigner on the 3rd day in Japan, it was a great experience and it felt very authentic.

Very, very spacious, clean and fancy. Rooms have a Victorian style feeling. Very comfortable and huge room compared to the other hotels in the area. Plenty of towels and bath robes were so fuzzy and warm. Bath Water was hot. Check out is later than most hotels in the area. This place was so nice on our vacation to the theme park that we stayed an extra day there. It’s 100% affordable for last minute holiday hotel stay. The hotel does provide complementary breakfast menu but we brought our own food since I don’t eat animal or seafood

Amazing space for our large family. Fun quirky Japanese vibe with all the amenities needed. Property owner was very quick to communicate when we had some questions. Highly recommend. Will stay again

The breakfast was surprisingly good with many choices. Being able to choose pillows is also great. The location is very close to the Kintetsu station
