We love everything . Buffet dinner and breakfast and unlimited drinks , hot spring and karaoke.

Onsen. Hospitality.staffs.room size.welcome snacks in the room is a nice touch.location has free parking.

For my wife and I, this was the highlight out all the places that we stayed in Japan - Well done to Mr. Sato at the front desk for making our time here a positive experience. Everyday was planned well with a free transfer to Hida Higashi train station. At first we were worried how we would get to the hotel, but Mr. Sato organised everything for us.

Everything is great. Japanese style tatami room, clean and spacious. Stunning window view from room 208. Lovely breakfast and dinner. A little walk to the station but we don’t mind it

Small, few rooms hotel. Had tatami floor in the room. Room was very clean, had nice view to the river. Reception was wonderful, spoke very good english and was helpful all the way around! Had a nice private onsen with view to nice small garden for extra charge.

Very high class and luxury facilities, including three onsens, gym and swimming pool, kids arcade Centre!

The atmosphere and the layoutbof the building is intriguing. The onsen is beautiful and satisfying. Nice meals as well. Also the staff is very welcoming.

We expected to stay in an Japanese Style "Ryokan" and were absolutely blown away with the experience. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they cooked great food and some locals were having a drink in the evening where the mood was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay there and have already decided, if we will be able to come to Japan again, we will visit this nice place again.

Everything about the property was excellent. Excellent customer service attention to detail and very clean. The staff went out of the way to assist.

Very clean and cozy, authentic Onsen hotel!

The host was super friendly and welcoming. We were able to park our car nearby. The room was huge and it was great to have our own bathroom.

Room is clean and spacious. Bathroom in the room is well equipped and decorated. The public outdoor hot spring was so nice and relaxing. And there’s also a free private indoor hot spring that was very nice too. And I really like that the hot springs are 24/7. Meals were so good and all the staffs were so friendly and helpful.

Beautiful inn and the food was wonderful. The Onsen was deeply healing and relaxing.

Staff so friendly and helpful, amazing location , walking distance of everything but cause it was raining the pick up/drop off shuttle from station was super useful. Beautiful traditional breakfast and dinner, and the onsen (outdoor and indoor) were fantastic. You also get to choose your yukata! It was a great experience, wish we stayed longer.

Very helpful staffs. Comfortable mattress. Big room with private onsen and all amenities. Great full course dinner and breakfast.
