Max, the Concierge, was amazingly helpful. He went well beyond ordering taxis and answering questions. His help has lead to a successful trip back to Korea. The hotel rooms, the breakfast, and the artwork was wonderful.

This was shockingly nice for the price we paid for it?? Like it had fancy vibes and a lot of businessmen in the lobby. The front desk staff were lovely, and they take your car and park it via a car lift? Fascinating stuff. Anyway, the room was really nice and had a great bathroom and view.

Hotel is clean and in an excellent location for food and shopping. The entire staff was amazing and so kind.

It is quite a luxury hotel, with all sorts of amenities and facilities. Very spacious room, bathtub, shower in a separate room from the bathtub, excellent bed and LG clothes styling device in the room.

I loved the spacious room. The room was so clean. Staff were kind and friendly.

Breakfast was a choice between bread and butter and Korean fare. Most side dishes are the same daily buy they change up the stew and soups every day. It's quite filling and the dining room lady is very nice. The bathroom is also big and comfortable. We just didn't like the whole door is not frosted, so if you're traveling with friends, you have to be mindful or cover it so you won't be seen.

Staff very friendly. Even with limited English they went out of their way to help us get around to our destinations.

The room was quiet. The reception was welcoming. Not fully assisting but very attentive and very accommodating in comparison to Europe and USA. This location outperforms a little more than half the locations than in Europe and USA. There was free snack options in the evening hours. It's not healthy but if your Hungary and need a snack(Ramen style) a bottled water or coffee. It's there for you. You have to prepare it a little, though The room is clean, bathroom is large. Room did not smell. Water for shower was clean. Bed was clean with no obvious stains. The evening staff was the most helpful. Maybe he should advise employees about customer service. Because he was very helpful in the evening!! This place is recommended 👌.

Amazing room. Clean and efficient. Large by Korean standards and very comfortable. Nicely designed, too.
