It is in a very peaceful and serene area with great views. My room was well equipped and comfortable. The whole property was welcoming.

Nice location, many eating joints nearby. comfortable rooms, we took the master bedroom with attached bathroom, the other two rooms have a shared bathroom. the Hosts do not live at premises and also they do not give any other rooms to any other guests as policy so we had the whole place to ourselves, which was surprising. Owner is a doctor and he just wanted us to have a relaxing time, i think it is great value for this price.

Chandana and his wife are amazing hosts, super friendly and always happy to help. It was our second time with them and we will definitely come back when we are in Colombo. The room is very comfortable and spotless. The location is great, close to the main road and the beach.

I’ve stayed here many times, and it’s always been excellent. Everything is well-maintained, and Uncle Gunaratna’s hospitality is unmatched. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

Very cooperative and friendly staff, the manager was also very nice, rooms were perfect, air conditioning was always working, hot water was available, the location is very good, near to the beach and close to restaurants, a truly underrated hotel.

We stayed at the first-floor unit of Pirivena Garden Resort for urgent work in Colombo, and the host was extremely kind and supportive. He provided all the assistance we needed, which made our day very successful. We will definitely book this place again on our next visit to Colombo. I like the property,calm and peaceful place,away from the traffic and crowds, I could sleep very well without hearing horn or pollution noises…the owners are really well mannered and respectful, From the Airport I took a auto to the nearest bus station,and get into the bus to Colombo,from Colombo another bus the bus number is 120 goes to the exact location area. I was alone and not much luggage so I decided to explore local bus journeys,but also tuktuk and Taxi,available it’s take almost less then two hours from the Airport.i was downloaded Pickme application for the transportation,cheap and efficient. Thanks a lot for everything 💝
