We really enjoyed our stay at the Riverston Grand. The view was absolutely priceless! Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was very kind. We had the green room, I think the other rooms have an even better view.

The place offers an authentic view with a lovely, relaxing vibe. It’s clean, well-equipped with everything you need, and perfect for a quick getaway from busy everyday life.

We had a wonderful stay here. The place is beautiful — clean, tasteful, and surrounded by rice fields and stunning nature. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and they prepared delicious, generous meals for us. Everything feels new and very well cared for. It’s also conveniently located close to the Mini World’s End viewpoint. The only small downside was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t always stable, but that felt insignificant compared to the comfort and beauty of the place.

Every adventure felt like a journey into the heart of nature, with each discovery more awe-inspiring than the last. However, what truly set A Frame Riverston apart was its exceptional food and incredible staff. The meals served were a delightful fusion of local flavors and international influences, each dish bursting with freshness and flavor. The staff members were incredibly attentive and hospitable, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was nothing short of perfection. Overall, A Frame Riverston is the epitome of an authentic Sri Lankan experience. Whether you're seeking adventure in the great outdoors or simply craving a peaceful retreat, this hidden paradise has it all. Hotel is surrounded by Mountains 360 degrees… Amazing view. Food was super delicious and healthy.. Rooms were clean, good Hot water and pool is amazing. Friendly Staff…

The super friendly and very communicative owner gave good tips for hiking and showed us a nice waterfall nearby. Our highlight was that he organized a night-out in the village, showing us around the rice fields and the temple and serving us amazing local food in the village in the traditional way. If you are looking for a great local experience in the nature you came to the right place!

The Gammaduwa Bungalow, nestled in the serene hills, offers a magical retreat amidst lush tea gardens. I drove a tuk-tuk, and while the climb was steep, the destination was truly worth it. I took a wrong turn along the way and got slightly lost, but that’s the best thing that can happen to you in Sri Lanka. 🙂 Upon arrival, you’re greeted by tastefully decorated interiors and the inviting aroma of sumptuous food. The fresh air and tranquil surroundings create a soul-cleansing experience that lingers long after your stay. The excellent service adds to the charm, making every moment feel special. At Gammaduwa Bungalow, time seems to stand still, inviting you to cast away your cares and immerse yourself in the natural beauty and serenity of this hidden gem.
