The price quality is insane, your located at the beach. Hear the waves from your room and the staff is super nice. The restaurant and breakfast is amazing quality though from western to eastern food

Right on the beach small and quiet little hotel with excellent facilities and very clean and comfortable rooms with sea views and balconies. Fantastic Ayurveda treatment center with fabulous prices. I had a bronze package which includes special Ayurvedic meals…full board!

A stay that felt like home. From the moment we arrived at Villa 26, we felt genuinely welcomed. The hosts are incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful—those rare people who make you feel like a guest and a friend at the same time. What makes Villa 26 truly special is that the hosts are also the chefs. Every meal felt like a personal celebration—beautifully cooked, full of flavour, and made with real passion. Sitting down to dinner each evening was one of the highlights of our trip. And then there’s their beautiful, friendly golden retriever, who added so much charm and joy to our stay. Waking up, having breakfast, and being greeted by that happy face made everything feel even more special. Villa 26 is peaceful, personal, and unforgettable. We left with great memories and would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing place, comfortable and good location. Staff was very helpful, even helping us to arrange a whale watching expedition. Food was really good (breakfast). The private pool was great.

Great location and very friendly staff

a bright and airy room, basically right on the beach. the rooms are on the second floor that sits right above the host's main house, with an external staircase leading up. the host lives with two grandparents. the host was accommodating to my request for countless bottles of water. this place is a very good price for its location and the cleanliness and amenities you receive.

Beautiful view and very chill stay, for the price can’t complain..however the kettle got so hot it burned my hand.

Excellent location for beginner surfing. Clean , excellent condition and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Helped with any request and we even got a breakfast takeaway when we left at 4:30 for our flight. Massage at the Spa is recommended (a bit more pricey than in town but much better)

This place is like a little retreat center with the river, so many beautiful animals and Volky’s kind hospitality. Watching the birds, meditating next to the river, playing on the grass, having nice conversations with Volky in the communal kitchen… I will miss my time in riVer :) Perfect location, 4-5 minutes to the peaceful side of the beach, very nice 20-25 minutes walking (especially when you walk from the beach) to the town which is more crowded but you can also find anything you need.

I had such a wonderful stay here The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with beautifully designed spaces that feel both stylish and cozy. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to help, making me feel right at home. Everything was spotless, from the rooms to the common areas, and the calm, relaxing vibe made it the perfect place to unwind. I’d highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and a truly restful stay!

The host was too sweet and caring. He took care of us very well. Helped us for airport transfers and also suggested us some good places to go. He also arranged the Yala Safari for us. The property was very close to all the surf schools, cafes and beaches.

Basic lodging with everything we needed. Really close to the beach. Really nice owners.
