We loved everything about the Ceylon Resort. Roshan and his family have built a beautiful accommodation, unpretentious yet elegant, a compliment to the nature all around it. The meals were the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka. Roshan took care of our transport to and from Wilpattu, and booked us on a small group (4) safari where we got lucky and saw a leopard plus other amazing animals. Our stay here was an absolute treat. A friend recommended this experience to us and we confidently give it a solid recommendation to others.

Excellent management by Nadeeka and her staff. Spotlessly clean bedroom, bathroom, dining area. Very comfortable bed with quality linens. Easy arrangements for safaris. Close to National Park entrance. Friendly staff. Excellent birdwatching from the back verandah. Good choice of meal options.

One of the best places we stayed at during my trip to Sri Lanka. The rooms are very modern and comfortable, the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating, and the food at the restaurant was excellent (the Sri-lankan brekafast is a must have). Highly recommend

The staff at Big Game was absolutely wonderful. Everybody was very kind and helpful. The camp gives you a real safari experience. The facilities were very nice for a tent camping. We also really enjoyed the daily activities that were scheduled, the romantic apero aside the campfire and the tasty dinner by candle light. We planned our safari with them and got a wonderful guide who taught us everything about the Wilpattu national park and its inhabitants. Would definitely recommend

Amazing retreat tucked away in the rain forest, with monkeys and loris all over the property! The staff was incredible, and the cottages are amazing. We felt like royalty the whole time we were there.

Owner Roshan, his wife and their staff go all out to give you a pleasant stay. The buffet in the evening after a safari (which they can arrange for you as well) is very nice. Great atmosphere all around the property!!

This property is wonderfully located, just a short distance from Wilpattu National Park. They offer safaris to the park at very reasonable rates. The food was delicious and affordably priced, and the staff were extremely friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The family was very friendly. The welcome juice was delicious! The room was clean. The bed was comfortable with a good mosquito net. The location was super calm and you can enjoy the sunset over the rice fields. It was very easy to arrange the half day safari with the hosts.

Staff was very Kind and room was nice and clean. Meals we're good traditional food and almost too much. The organized Tour to Wilpattu was reasonable priced for a full day Tour.

Attentive staff, clean, quiet, comfortable.

The staff and service was what stands out the most, they do their best to ensure you are always safe and clean. It's on the expensive side but what you are paying for is the extensive knowledge of the guide on the safari which is missing in other places. We have both learnt a lot about different animals and behaviours on this safari and it's an experience that will stay with us forever

Chanidu and his mom could have not been more gracious. The 2 room villa is new and family owned and operated. Very quiet location with lots of bird activity. A great place to relax. We ate all our meals there and they were excellent. This is a hidden gem.
