This hotel truly offers a 5-star experience. Everything from the warmth of the staff, the ambience & cleanliness, the amenities and dining, were exceptional. I also appreciate the team for offering us a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon, and extended our checkout time based on our schedule. Every member of the SOCCO staff has the JOY of living and they share their love of life through laughter, kindness and excellence in their work. The welcoming feeling that one experiences at SOCCO is second to none, and the same can be said of the facilities… always clean and well kept in all areas! Reda (the manager and owner) should be highly commended for creating such an amazing hostel. I truly enjoyed all my days spent at the hostel, which is located in the heart of the medina! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, it had big lockers for our luggage, the capsules had very comfy beds with plugs and lighting, and there was even a space for the shoes, everything was well thought. The place was very clean and beautiful.
