Clean rooms, access to the laundry machine like at home. The pool was nice. Easy Uber access since no shuttle was offered. Close to food places and stores. Daniela was very helpful and explained things I didn't understand.

Very clean, quiet, comfortable. Lovely staff.

It was clean and the AC was working well. They gave us a mini fridge for our room. Breakfast is always good. Celaya is a dangerous city but I feel safe at this hotel and there is a safe place to park the car. I especially like the roller shades with one room darkening and one light filtering. Another big plus is that the shower has a door and the water doesn't leak all over the floor like other hotels.

The location es Great, the hotel is modern, good Looking , the staff is very professional al and kind . It is super Clean and everything works! The food is good.

The location is alright but the only issue was the balcony door. It did not have a lock and we were a little worried someone would get in Tru there in the middle of the night. Other than that everything else was great. I would stay here again when I visit mexico

The cleanliness, the staff, and the value for money

The location of this hotel is the value, it sits on the corner of the main Centro park. The staff is outstanding, you see them cleaning all the time and the front desk is very helpful. The price/value is an important part of this hotel. So if you can accept basic accommodation in a clean centrally located hotel, this is the place. This was our second stay at this hotel and we will return.

I've been staying there for years. It's always spotless, the staff is very good.

breakfast not really good because during my 5 days it was only scramble eggs, beans salsa and nachos, and old sweet bread.

Nothing, bed is so uncomfortable, my neck and my husband's back hurt from the uncomfortable pillow and mattress. The apartment stink so bad and there are so many mosquitoes and roaches. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, no body wash and very cheap shampoo and conditioner, shower head is horrible. Jose was talking to a woman I guess the owner and I overheard them talking very despicable about us because my husband is from CDMX. They charged me $500 outside booking a a security deposit and then use whatever excuse to not give it back. Its difficult to find i will never ever stay there again
