Beautiful property. Unfortunately we arrived late (initially we had an Airbnb booked that turned into a disaster) and had to leave early. The staff were very friendly and booked us in quickly.

The beach, the pool, the staff, the food, the drinks, the night shows... they were all amazing. The many bars and restaurants throughout the property were also a plus. Sakura was my favorite restaurant (sushi lovers!) and there was also live entertainment. I needed a pharmacy and there was one right across the street. Location was ideal even to catch the buses to take a quick trip. Can't wait to return!

That was a great value overall for that location. Even though it was not perfect in terms of condition, the design and thought behind it is great. The staff was really friendly and flexible, they have helped us a lot when we needed to extend our stay or add additional people to our booking. We also liked the crocodile that we were lucky to witness when it swam by hoping to get some snack. The place has a nice bar and they throw parties almost every night.

Everything was exceptional. The beach, the breakfast, the balcony facing the ocean, the comfortable room. Especially after staying in the downtown Tulum, I was convinced that this is the best spot to stay in the region.

It’s a modern hotel, very nice decor, very clean. Rooms are lovely, especially the big modern bathrooms with two sinks and two showers. Food is very good, Japanese restaurant is best, we ate there three times out of the four nights. You need to book first thing in the morning or just book at the restaurant the night before. The best thing though is the beach club. Don’t be put off by the fact the hotel is not on the beach. The shuttle is frequent, it runs 10am to 6pm. The beach club is excellent, loads of chairs, sofas, two pools, a bar and waiters everywhere. If you tip you will have even better service. We went to the bar a lot, need to mention the barman Jesus who was a truly lovely person. Also the music (if you like chill out/ dance/ deep house music) at the beach club is fantastic, the DJ Favian is brilliant. TIP - if you’re leaving late (our flight was at 10pm) and can’t get late check out (they charge $25 per hour) ask for a hospitality room which you get free for an hour so you can shower etc before departure. Also you can use all the facilities up to departure which is great. Excellent hotel overall, we would love to return.

Everything was great! We booked this hotel as our last stay since we only had a two night stay but we loved it, breakfast was great, rooms were clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and also the hotels restaurant was nice and not too expensive.
