PolandAn amazing place to stay on Isla Holbox! The room was super clean and fresh. The place is very well organized with great staff! The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

Facilities were clean and well maintained. The pool was a bit dirty, however, this was a shared pool.
It was a great mix of nature and condos. You could hear birds all day long.

Big bathroom, big bedroom, big terrace with amazing sunrises. Use of the sun beds and plenty of restaurants around, you can also eat at their restaurant, which is really convenient. We had the honeymoon suite and it was just amazing.

After paying for a second upgrade, our room with balcony seating was an excellent spot to decompress after several tedious flights: spacious, great bed, lovely bathroom, private and quiet balcony. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with prompt and pleasant service. Also, we were very grateful for the 9 pm transfer service from the airport the hotel had arranged for us, so we didn't have to deal with picking up our rental car and finding our way in the dark.

Would absolutely recommend this place to stay in Playa Del Carmen, Mx! Easy check in and out - The personale even provided late check out free of charge, because there were no reservations that day in our room.

The pool area on the roof is beautiful with a great view. It also has lots of covered shaded area as well as day beds. Reclining lounge chairs with cushions that can even be put in a special, 8” deep section of the pool.
The 3 Presidential Suites are nice size 1 bedroom units with a large balcony. All of the other units have a small or no balconies. Do to the open air hallways, ventilation is good.

The room was super nice and spacious and also nicely decorated. We were lucky and had a room at the end of the floor so luckily no one was walking past our room. Since you are entering the room directly via the balcony you can look directly into the room of other guests when passing by. We also enjoyed the view from the balcony directly to the blue lagoon! Pool and pool area looked nice but we didn’t use it during our stay.

The location was phenomenal; two blocks from the bus station and close to everything. I stayed in the penthouse, and it was spacious with a balcony and a gorgeous bathroom with talavera tiles. The onsite restaurant was clean, efficient and had healthy options. Guillermo was an amazing and easy going host. The hotel is covered in art and is a little oasis with lots of plants, water features and friendly cats.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, we got a free room upgrade which was so kind, our upgraded room was amazing. Super comfy bed, very spacious living space and balcony, the bathroom and kitchen area were both really clean. It was overall fantastic and we would highly recommend it!

Absolutely stunning, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and very comfortable and we really loved having the hot tub on our terrace. Even though we was on the ground floor we still felt we had great privacy due to the foliage.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and modern. It has 3 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 big terraces, a living room with a big dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. Very close to the beach, a 15-minute walk away from the city center. Alberto, who gave us the keys upon our arrival, was also very nice and responsive.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment next to the pool. From your terrace you had a staircase to go into the pool. Apartment was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Including washing machine and dryer. Good location in apartment area and few minutes from the Centre.

It has a nice roof top terrace where you can sit so it is like you have a balcony, but it is common with the other neighbours.
We could park in front of the building.
You can order a 20 liter bottle water from them only for 50 pesos. They brougth it to our room.
There was a huge shopping store around 5 minutes walk away.

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, with own roof terrace, 10 minutes walk from town and 5 minutes from the beach (assuming there are no puddles to navigate). It is in a quiet location. Friendly staff check in with you before closing down for the night.

The location was ideal on the hotel strip of cancun. We had a hire car but wasn't to far a walk to other restaurants andbeach clubs on the strip and there are regular buses to. We loved our room. Very spacious and clean. We had a lovely terrace with comfy seats just next to the pool and just a few steps down to the beautiful beach.

The hotel is located in a great area that is quiet and with a great view of the lagoon. We had like a 1 bedroom apartment that was very spacious. Loved the balcony. It is close to some small restaurants and a gas station and the local bus.

Beautiful courtyard garden, friendly helpful staff, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower and lovely breakfast served in the restaurant. On our second visit the air conditioning unit in our room was rattling so, when it couldn’t be fixed immediately, we given an upgrade…greatly appreciated.

It had a nice outside space with a pool . Our room had a balcony overlooking the garden area. The staff were very helpful and offered us an upgrade when the noise from the private jacuzzi was impinging on our peace.
