The room and balcony were spacious and attractive and the spa was really fun. I had my first facial (aloe & honey).
As a devout & longterm student of archaeology and the Modern Maya, this is a perfect location to visit the Coba Archaeological Site. The site is within easy walking distance.
Breakfasts were incredible.
All staff members were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The various pools were stunning particularly the one constructed from a cenote! Much thought has been given to the design of this property.

Isaias was very helpful and talkative. Earlier in the day I was looking for crocodiles in Sian Ka'an without luck but Isaiah said he could help me and showed me the crocodiles in the lagoon next to the hotel the next morning.

We loved the warmth of the hosts and the loveliness of the place. Beds were comfy and the rooms spacious. They were really helpful and caring as I was ill. They can take you around for a fee if you have no cars. Food was great!

The staff were all very kindhearted and helpful. A special gracias to José who works the overnight shift. They make a good, substantial breakfast, served poolside.
The pool is small, but very cool and refreshing. My goal was to visit the ruins at Cobá, and then just relax and read. I was able to achieve both quite comfortably and at a good price.
My room was spotlessly clean. Make sure you ask for daily cleaning or they leave you alone.

Hector and Alfredo provided the most amazing oasis in Coba. I have never felt so pampered in my life and hated to leave. The property is beautiful with gorgeous plants and art everywhere. They will also cook you three meals a day—just tell them what you want—for a very reasonable price. The WiFi is strong, the bed comfortable, and my room was huge with a lovely little settee and hammock added as well. Their recommendations on things to do in the area is top notch. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Wonderful swimming pool! Isaiah went out of his way to help my husband sort out his internet problems. He also showed us the (very placid!) crocodiles in the lagoon. Our room was comfortable, and the complimentary toiletries were lovely.

It had everything you would need, and was close to the city center.
The pool was amazing.
The bar and cafe were perfect.
And the rooms were some of the best we have stayed in while visiting Mexico.

Lovely, comfortable and clean place. The room was spacious and well designed and the shower was fabulous. After driving around Coba in the early morning we discovered the earliest breakfast spot was at Aldea Coba. It was delicious and the kind chef came out to give his regards. The rest of the staff were also kind and accommodating. The pool is a great treat. Recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Lol-Ha. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. They gave us access to drinking water which was very convenient. The room is spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-located in the village (walking distance to the ruins, two corner stores right next door, and several restaurants nearby). The hotel also has a restaurant. I would definitely recommend staying there :)
