excellent location, in the hart of the historic area, plus top notch customer service, each employee we interacted with was super kind, and helpful. The room was very comfy and spacious, we love the hot water and water pressure, the amenities, and how quiet our room location was.

The location was convenient to the mid-town area. Could walk to attractions and restaurants.

Customer service is amazing, at the front desk everybody have been polite and friendly. The hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome. The food at the restaurant is marvelous ! I tried the pastor octopus and what an amazing quality. Also, cocktails are fantastic. Hilton Querétaro is for sure a hotel we always want to come back to when visiting Querétaro. Thanks for the great service and attention you have been giving to us.

Very modern, clean and nicely done. Wi-Fi was the best we’ve found thus far on our trip. Tested at 30Mbps supporting our Zoom calls without issue. Room was spacious. Bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.
