While visiting Penang, we wanted to escape into a resort setting, and Park Royal was perfect for us! We selected a one-bedroom suite which was spacious and handsome, with nice big balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea. Staff were uniformly wonderful. Breakfast buffet was immense and full of good variety. Dinner restaurants were very good as well, including a Ramadan-season gigantic dinner buffet. The pools are beautiful, and the grounds relaxing.

The place looked exactly like the photos—spacious, very clean, and comfortable for our family. We loved how close it was to the beach and nearby facilities, which made getting around really easy. The house is very, very clean, probably one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed in. Everything was spotless. The house is spacious and has everything we needed and the water pressure was very good. The location is good, about 5–10 minutes from the beach. Highly recommended for a big group. The host is nice and helpful, and check-in was easy. Would definitely recommend, especially because of how clean the place is.
