The room very clean. The staff really helpful. I was wrongly booked the type of the room and the receptionist guide me how to make cancellation and rebook with booking.com.. The great thing is the hotel upgraded my room type without any fee..🤩

We liked the heritage feel of the hotel and our room is very spacious. Plenty of seating choices …. Sofa and armchairs. The sturdy bench right at the entrance of our room is very handy in parking our suitcases - acted as our luggage rack, and for putting on shoes. Super useful. The location is very close to Station 8 of CAT Free Bus and Komtar. Eateries close by as well. There is a ceiling fan in our bedroom, which helps circulate the cool air, which is greatly appreciated.

They upgraded our room which was a very nice gesture from them as I just only requested for a seaview room.

I stayed in the room with balcony and own bathroom. It was a lovely room with a comfortable mattress. The balcony with bathroom is clean and spacious. But it’s important to know that steep stairs lead upstairs. If you are fit you won’t have problems. If you have back problems or leg injuries it might get difficult to go up and down.

The view I woke up to every morning was great as there was sea view from the bedroom with a balcony. The apartment is very spacious with a kitchen, dining table and sofa. TV even comes with Neflix. The host is very responsive and seeks to resolve issues.

The hotel provided exceptional value for money. Exceptional service, food, a lovely beach for a swim and pool. As it was our honeymoon they even upgraded us to a beach view room which we very much enjoyed. The facilities were new and our room was spacious and very clean.

Location of the hotel was very good. There were many shops, kopitiams, cafes & street food nearby. Komtar, 1st Avenue & Prangin malls are within walking distance. My room was facing the Komtar tower. I booked a family room which was very spacious. It came with a king bed + single bed. Beds are comfy to sleep on & bedsheets are clean. Easy to grab a car to go anywhere.
