Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

It's a hidden gem, you wouldn't guess it from the outside. It's a friendly place if you go with family. The ground level has a nice small entrance and very 'instagramable'. The room is spacious, modern but has warm atmosphere. The noise from outside was still tolerable to my ears. The room is also equipped with small pantry, microwave, fridge, kettle, and cutlery set. The location is great, it is near to city's attractions. The staff, Saiful was very helpful. Komtar is just across the street, if you have kids, they would love it. It is also near to public bus terminal and malls.

I loved everything about the actual hotel. The decor is beautiful, better than pics. The service was EXCELLENT, from the front desk to housekeeping. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety. And daily afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise.

Very comfortable, extremely quiet room, large bathroom, tons of hot water and water pressure. Room AC works great, there are outlets on both sides of the bed, and plenty of lighting, both overhead and for reading.All the facilities are spotlessly clean. There is a shared big refrigerator and microwave, free coffee, tea, and filtered drinking water available at all times. It's in a great location close to Armenian Street and a park, lots of restaurants, night markets, Little India. This was our second stay here- the first time was two weeks, this time for nine nights. No complaints whatsoever, we'll be back!
