Convenient and spacious hotel room for a family of 4.

the cleanliness really amazing

Location is great and convenient.

The room is much bigger than expected. Toilet is clean. The staff is friendly, whatsapp us to check on our check in time and friendly reminder for check out time. Private carpark. Good location, the street art and rail coffee are within mins of walk.

There was a shared lounge area, where the hotel provided free drinking mugs, hot water, water, coffee, stirrer, biscuit packets in a nice large area with dining table & also sofas to relax on.

excellent breakfast, simple but fresh, drinks can be improve alittle bit more, coffee too plain , the rest all good. rmb to order half boil eggs, very fresh.

The room for family suite is spacious, carpeted floor. The beds are comfy, clean and neat. No bad odor in the room and bathroom. Friendly staff and easygoing. Smooth process for check in and check out.

The room and bed is very comfortable. Everything is new,nice and comfy especially for the Family room

Better than expected. Clean room. Nice receptionist.

Location is right on top of Kluang Railway Coffee shop. Expect waiting time to park during daytime. But after coffee shop closed, plenty of parking. There’s also a Ninso RM2.40 shop next to coffee house. Staff are very warm and accomodative to any inquiries. There’s no kettle in the room but you can get hot or cold water from coway machine near reception counter. Ironing facility is avail in a separate room behind reception. Room is ok, not too spacious but comfy for couple. Bathroom is clean and shower has cold/hot water tap. Would definitely book here again if we’re in Kluang town.
