BulgariaSituated right on the waterfront you can drink a glass of wine or tap beer right on the canals of Kristiansund and listen to the hushed sqeaks from the nearby marina. Breakfast was on the same waterfront with the same beautiful view and offered a great variety. The coffee machines had many coffee preparation options. There is an EV charging option right in front at the hotel parking lot. I hope to visit Kristiansund again and the same Thon Hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of choices including Norwegian specialties and gluten-free that far surpassed our expectations. Room was spotlessly clean with comfy beds and TV with basic channels (Sky News the only one in English). Hotel is just steps away from the waterfront and centre of town. Kids loved the burger place across the street.

Good location - short stroll to wharf and restaurants. And a lovely view.

The apartment was very spacious and modern, and a little minimalist. The TV was huge! We didn't cook, but the kitchen seemed well equipped. Furniture was comfortable. Outdoor space was nice, and there was a grill though we didn't have time to take advantage of it.

Friendly and helpful reception after arriving a little late and able to still obtain an evening meal. Limited menu but all cooked really well and restaurant in pleasant surroundings. Attentive staff. Location really sells this hotel as it is on the water's edge and with terrace. Breakfast choice was excellent. Room comfortable and facilities good.

Our room was located on a corner overlooking the sea/fjord with great views towards the city centrre. A real surprise and bonus was the 'sundbaten' a free and frequent tiny passenger ferry which can be picked up at Innlandet<100m from the hotel looping around some half dozen small wharves including Kirklandet in the centre.
The breakfast buffet was very good.

In addition to being clean and comfortable and in a great position with views to the next island (at least from our room), staff were terrific. They gave great local advice, offered to make a booking at a restaurant for us, and even called our next host to sort out our check-in problems. The breakfast buffet was not only fantastic, but a sign encourage guests to pack themselves a healthy lunch. I was overwhelmed.

The hotel is nicely situated on the waterfront, opposite the port entrance and the main city. It has a nice dining area and outside terraces. The rooms are good and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Hotel is located on the harbour side with an attractive aspect
Arrived in time for a quick beer before dinner, which was excellent
our rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything expected.
Breakfast was splendid with good coffee too.
Happy to return and recommend..

The apartment was exactly like in the photos and had modern furnishings. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful. We had very comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and check in check out was smooth. I would definitely recommend this place.
