There was a little misunderstanding on the first day, but any matters were resolved in minutes after informing the hosts. Both are so sweet and willing to help, and the accommodation was beautiful. Clean, cosy and comfortable, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in Ålesund.

Wonderful, helpful staff who even upgraded our room to a larger room which had a comfy couch area, huge bed, and coffee machine. Breakfast was fantastic and everything was very clean. Parking close by at the front of hotel.

The apartment is great, very spacious and the facilities are excellent. Blinds in the living room are missing if some guests have to sleep in the sofa but that is the only thing that in my opinion can be improved. Location wise, it is just 10 min walk from the city centre. The view is stunning, having a great window at the living room and a balcony overlooking part of the Ålesund bay.

Extremely clean! It is spacious, veeeery beautiful terrace. It is not apartment, it is a part of house with terrace, great view. The price for that is quite good.there is everything you need and even more there!

The guesthouse is in the village centre.. It has a well equipped kitchen with tea coffee and cookies. There is a washing machine and a drying room. Our room was simple but spacious, the bathrooms are shared but there are 3 and everything was very clean. There is also an upstairs lounge and parking.

Great place to stay at. We had two bedrooms, heated floor in the bathroom, amazing view of the fjord from the window, sweet porch (didn't use it because it was raining occassionally), great kitchen with everything needed, a parking spot for us.
The closest supermarket wad a 6 minute drive. You could walk it, but it means walking on the road.

The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location was excellent - away from the hordes of daytime cruise ship passengers in the village and close to the starting point of a number of walks. The unobstructed view from our one bedroomed cabin (no. 14) and its terrace (which was bathed in late afternoon and evening sunshine) was truly outstanding. Reception staff were very welcoming.

Location ideal as our room and balcony looked over the fjord and coffee in bed came with a fantastic view.
The buffet breakfast was excellent.
The thing I appreciated the most were the helpful and friendly staff both while we were there and after we left. They contacted us speedily with information about an item of clothing we left behind in our room and arranged onwards postage with efficiency and charm.

Good location as an alternative to Molde for a night. Vestnes is not a tourist town so not a lot of restaurant option. The food at the hotel was good. The family room was spacious, quiet and with very comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and polite. I would stay here again.

Very spacious apartment with comfy lounge chair and heated towel rack in the bathroom. Our room had a beautiful view of the ocean from two sides. We drove from the apartment to the parking area and then walked across to the bird cliffs. The walking track is steep at first but mainly good. The puffins were amazing and we were able to see them up quite close at Lundeura! We visited in May. Should also note that the exhibition at the Opplev centre was worth a visit!
