The hotel was adorable. We wanted to stay in a traditional type of hotel and we were happy to have chosen the Inn Patan! The staff was kind and helpful. We had a great time there. The room was a bit cold because there was no AC but no worries as the beds have heating :) Everything was perfect!

Hotel Kutumba is located at an excellent location, near Pulchowk, with easy access to Patan, Jhamsikhel, Sanepa, and Kathmandu. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and the hotel offers all needed services, from meals, to a reliable internet connection, transfer services and more.

Convenient and close to everything within Patan Durbar Square.

The building is newly renovated, toilet facilities are advanced with sufficient water pressure. They provide very good quality of toilet paper! Room is huge, super clean.

Patan Durbar Square is about 3-5 minutes walk,it's hidden gem inside hustle bustle city,shops and restaurants are nearby ,Room is big and clean since it's a new hotel Definitely going to stay next time if i go Patan

We could not have received a better welcome to Kathmandu! Aman, family, and staff were warm and super helpful. Fantastic location near Patan Durbar Square—5-minute walk—quiet location, less hectic than Thamel. The hotel breakfast on the rooftop was an excellent way to start the day—highly recommend the masala tea with milk. We had a great experience here and would book again. Thank you, Aman!

I had an amazing stay at sayami home! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. Great location, excellent service, and Highly recommend and would love to visit again!
