The hotel was excellent. Delicious food, friendly staff, spotless cleanliness, and lovely fragrances everywhere. This is was my second time and I highly recommended.

10/10 This hotel became my place of power. I wanted a reboot and this happened. Absolutely everything, from the interiors, views, surroundings, taste, smell, and ending with conversations with the staff - everything was top notch. I thank this wonderful hotel chain, everyone involved in our vacation, and especially Hani, Ksenya and the amazing Akhilesh Nautiyal for organizing our unforgettable vacation.

I was robbed of my passport and drugged at this establishment when the receptionist who is very rude; gave my key without my knowledge and consent to someone to enter my room whilst I was busy checking into the hotel. Later on when I went down to the reception after escorting this strange man out of my room who I found scratching in all my bags - my passport was missing. The receptionist Indian man or Pakistani origin gaslit me and told me I allowed the man to go to my room which was false. I was trying to check in when the reception asked my passport and this man offered to go and look in my room and the receptionist handed him my room key whilst I tried to check in. Completely against my wishes. I woke up the next day drugged and robbed of my passport and belongings.

We had a great stay. The hotel was very neat and exceptionally clean. The location was excellent and made it easy to get around. There was also plenty of convenient parking available. Overall, a very comfortable experience and I would happily stay here again.

I recently stayed in this hotel for 3 days and had a great experience. The hotel offers very affordable prices considering the quality. The room was clean and comfortable, and the washroom was also well-maintained. The service was good and staff were cooperative. The location is excellent — it’s in the city center, close to Oman Mall and Lulu, with many good restaurants nearby, which made everything very convenient. According to the space and comfort of the bed, the price is really reasonable. If you are just coming to stay and relax, this place is definitely a good choice. Overall rating: 10/10 ⭐

Perfect hotel next to the airport…..7 min away. The rooms and beds are big and comfortable. We paid approximately 50 EUR per night for double room.

Staff is very kind and supportive. They upgrade us without additional charge . Moreover, they allow for late checkout till 6 pm with additional 5 OR only . In the restaurant, team provide us IFTAR for free which show their kindness and hospitality.
