Nice food. Nice rooms. Friendly stuff.

The location is fantastic. Honestly we didn’t understand people who complained on the food options, the choice was good enough even for our little daughter. My only advice would be to rent 4WD to get there just to feel more secure while driving. We went by Mazda 6 - managed to get there, thankfully, the roads were dry in April. There are some men on the way to Sama Heights trying to “warn” you that these steep roads will kill you car, be cautious since they want you to hire their SUV to drive you to the resort but that is really not necessary. This was basically the only problem in Oman - the drivers who are quite aggressively hunting poor tourists with saloon cars.

Close to the trail way to Jabel Shams summit which was the main purpose of my visit. It was really clean, and enough space.

Everything was stunning! The facilities were excellent. Highly recommend stocking up on some water and snacks beforehand as there’s not a lot around. But the home was exactly like the photos and the pool is heated. The groundskeeper was very helpful as well and showed us all around the facilities.

The design is really beautiful and unlike anything we’ve seen before, you could really notice the attention to every detail. Staff was friendly and attentive, Fahd is extremely friendly and went to lengths ensuring our comfort. Loved it!

Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more special. The guest house itself was very pleasant, beautifully maintained, and comfortable in every way. The location was excellent, perfectly situated to explore the area while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Located in perfect place , good for families, very quiet at night so perfect for relaxation.

Really Worthy Place, Clean neat my family enjoyed the place ,away from motorway silence and BBQ setup with camp fire facilities are ready available. Facility person responds and supports well, all heaters and AC are working with 3 bedrooms and 3 toilets, 2 cars can be parked inside. I will visit again soon,

Room was basic but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking your own meal and that’s just as well because there are no restaurants nearby. It’s a five minute drive to the start of the Balcony walk.

Privacy, location, cleanliness. Excellent choice for those who like a quiet and calm place to relax. Perfect spot to go to the view points. Host has been extremely helpful. Would definitely return.
