I loved it.. small and fully functional... exellent if you travel alone or with a partner.

The hotel was located on a Main Street, very near the main square and was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The a la carte menu could be improved a bit, but the breakfast was excellent.

Very clean and spotless oasis in this chaotic town. Feels more than 3*. Good breakfast buffet.

The staff was very cheerful and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all I needed including fridge and microwave and nice closets. The hot water was wonderful. The breakfast buffet was nice and the staff at breakfast was very attentive.

Friendly staff, great location. It's maybe 5-10 minutes' walk from the central plaza, lots of food vendors, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. We even walked to the airport, it's only 20 minutes away. The hostel feels safe, the room was comfortable. Can't beat the price. I'd stay here again if I returned to Chiclayo.

We loved the customer service provided by Madalena. She's absolutely fantastic, very professional and friendly. She really made our stay very pleasant. Likewise, José is a very efficient employee who's in charge of maintaining the premises clean and tidy. Both Madalena and José gave us a five-star service!

Comfortable and affordable. Operational elevator, hot water, and location. These made the stay great. Access to stores and entertainment within walking distance.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff went above and beyond, being super helpful and flexible to meet all my needs. The delicious breakfast, coupled with their phenomenal organized tours, made my experience even more enjoyable. The excellent location added the perfect touch to a fantastic stay.

The location is great, the host is incredibly nice (they go out of their way to help me out regardless of a lot of language barrier). Your room will be clean everyday and Netflix and other steaming service are available in your room! Good breakfast too!
