The facilities are well prepared, the place is as you see on pictures good value for money

The hotel is absolutely stunning. The rooms are modern and spacious, the water pressure in the shower is perfect and the breakfast options are amazing!

Extremely good value for the price we paid, this hotel matches the standards of the Ibis we can see in europe, for a fraction of the price. Bed was super comfy, room was clean, breakfast (buffet) had a lot of options. Overall it was the perfect place to rest after the treks we just finished in Huaraz.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the hotel!

The staff accommodated us early in the morning and also held our bags while we explored Trujillo. Gym was more than adequate and breakfast was good.

The rooftop patio (and small swimming pool) on the 4th floor was a great place to relax. Good location very close to main square. No issue at all with noise which I had read in some other reviews had been a problem.

Breakfast was great and the bed really comfy. The wifi was functional and the rooms are cleaned daily if you need it.

Hotel as in the pictures, spaceful rooms, great showers, fare breakfast, free parking available and pet friendly. Close to the main square and restaurants, next time will get there on monday to try the Shambra out...

This is a little gem in a very busy town. A place that makes you feel welcome and well cared for. I had read some of the negative comments by some guests, and of course, nothing is perfect but I never felt that the faults were so detrimental that deserved a negative evaluation. The staff never showed any signs of carelessness or rudeness in treating us or other guests. Breakfast was also a nice surprise. The menu changed slightly every day and this made up for the small selection of items. I was happy with this. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Not a hint of displeasure or carelessness in caring for the customers. Overall, this is a place that will not disappoint most people. And if you have read any of my previous reviews, you will see that I am fairly critical and demanding of hotels and restaurants. After all, if you choose to go to a place and are willing to pay and make yourself the recipient of services i you expect will be given to you, then demand those and let them know that you are paying for this.

Clean. Location within walking distance to many attractions. Good WiFi. Hot showers. Kind and attentive hosts.

Great location near Plaza Mayor.

The bed was wide and firm, with crisp sheets and enough pillows to get really comfortable.

Exceptional customer service, possibly the best I've seen in Latin America. The little continental breakfast you can get served in your room - with cream for coffee, juice, bread and butter, jelly - was a nice little touch. It's very basic, we supplemented with boiled eggs and cream cheese from off the street. Very cozy and very central hotel.

The staff was very helpful. Lucy and Anabel helped us to keep our luggage safe and with a taxi on our way out. Breakfast was good, included eggs ham, cheese, bread fresh fruit and juices

The location of the hostel wasn’t far from the main square. The host is very flexible, he let us in in the morning after a night bus and we could already have our room. At the day of checkout we left our bags until the evening.

- The room was very clean, asthetic and spacious. - The employee at the desk was very helpful. - There is an option to book a whole day tour through the hotel going through the famous temples and other popular sites. - You can store your baggage after check out untill you live the city.
