Funky boho vibe, has everything you need to make you know you’re in a surf town. Near to the best parts of the san juan beach and surrounded by lush greenery.

The place was very clean and well maintained. The view is very relaxing!

Balai benedicere is a little sanctuary of peace and shade. The owners are warm, welcoming and will do their best to make you feel at home. They have a wonderful staff so everything is there to enjoy your stay.

We had such a great stay at this villa! Roda was very accommodating and responsive even before we arrived. Although check-in was at 3pm, we got there early and were able to enter once the cleaning was finished. He even came by personally to welcome us, which we appreciated. The house was spotless and well-prepared, with complete condiments if you want to cook. Traveling with a toddler, it was such a joy seeing her get excited over the pool toys, especially the big flamingo floaty! We also appreciated that Roda helped us get a table at a fully booked event in Alpas. It wasn’t something he needed to assist with, but it definitely added to our overall experience. Overall, a wonderful and smooth stay. Highly recommended!

It was less crowded. Staff are nice and polite. Pet friendly. Food is okay.

Loved that there was a cafe in the property itself, it made all our meals convenient. It was also walking distance from a beach. But overall, the best part of our stay was the staff. From when arrived to when we were leaving, they were beyond accommodating.

The room was spotless and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We absolutely loved the house—it was so cozy and inviting that we found ourselves enjoying our time indoors just as much, if not more, than going to the beach! Spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable.

Location. It's away from the busy section of Urbiztondo, but offers a nice and quiet beach for relaxing.

The place was cozy and peaceful specially at night. We had time to relax, everything was organized. The staff are very punctual, they always assisting us. Its near on some of the tourist spots. Its easy access specially if you bring your own car.

Personnels and owner are very warm, welcoming and friendly. The amenities are very worth the price. The bathroom is clean. The beddings, blankets and towels are clean. Room smells nice. It already have utensils to use. You don't have to worry about clean drinking water, they have water dispenser (hot and cold).

The amenities are very good and aesthetic. Best view from the infinity pool. Far from the city proper but if you are mobile, it will not be a problem.

The place was clean, spacious, and convenient. We appreciated having access to cooking facilities, complimentary coffee, drinking water, toiletries, and towels. The staff was also accommodating during our stay
