I recently stayed at this mountain resort and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly accommodating, going out of their way to ensure every detail of my stay was smooth. Their warmth and attentiveness made me feel truly welcomed. The resort's ambiance was exeptional. Surrounded by nature, it offered a serene and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. Whether it was enjoying the mountain air, the lush greenery, or simply soaking at the pool in the peaceful environment, every moment was lovely. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and reconnect with nature. It’s a gem I would gladly visit again! Everything about Jenalfe Guest House felt like a true home away from home! The property was spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The rooms were comfortable and thoughtfully arranged, making you feel instantly at ease. But what truly stood out was the owner incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. They went above and beyond to make sure every need was met with a smile. From the moment I arrived, I felt like a welcomed guest in a friend’s home, not just a traveler checking in. The atmosphere was peaceful, the surroundings were lovely, and every little detail showed how much care and love the owner puts into this place. I also appreciated the personal touches, it truly sets Jenalfe apart from any ordinary accommodation.

Everything at this stay was perfect, the room is very spacious and comfortable , all well decorated and with a nice pool to refresh after a day at the beach. It also offers scooter for 350 pesos per day which for us was very convenient. It is run by Domenico who is a very kind person, all the time helping us and asking us if everything was ok. The day of our arrival he accompanied us to the laundry and helped us to book transportation to the Port on our last day, all in all it is definitely a great palace to stay when you are visiting Camiguin and I would recommend to anyone.

The location is just fine, walking distance to the market, church, etc.

The location on the north side of Camiguin island is close to most major tourist attractions and restaurants. The grounds of the resort are cozy and tropical. The property owner's caretaker, Maureen, was very friendly and helpful. She provided good tips during our stay and was easy to reach whenever needed. I also liked that they have scooters onsite available for rent with good pricing and free filtered water is provided to refill water bottles. I would stay here again.

The space was amazing ! Very large cottage, super clean and the AC was quiet and worked really well. The kitchen was very convenient - we cooked breakfast and dinner every night. The small outdoor space was great in the mornings to relax and enjoy a coffee. The hosts were very responsive when we needed things and their dogs kept us company the whole trip. Would love to come back again.

Staff is friendly, the place and facilities are excellent condition. It was a comfortable place to stay. I can recommend to other friends and family.

I like that its at the center (or idk) because its very near to the only fastfood (Jollibee) in the island. The ac was also very cold so thats nice. It also has heater for the shower.

It was comfortable, big, fridge, kitchen facility and a good shower. It also has a nice garden and a balcony to sit outside and relax.

I've been to a lot of different properties around the world and I would have to say this is the most scenic place I've ever stayed at! The owners are super friendly and extremely motivated! I don't even know where to start with the views from the cottages! Any direction you look is breathtaking! Cottages are well maintained, clean and very big! The full kitchen has everything you need. The pool is immaculate with plenty of sun and an amazing view of white island! I would highly recommend staying at Shrivasta! I will be back! Thank you again for an amazing stay!
