United StatesThis was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.

Some lights are not working, some plugs are not working too, Lampshed switches, no separate switch dedicated solely, Remote Control not working for the digi Box. Maintnenance personnel should check everything in the room everytime a guest may check in or check out to make sure everything is working properly.

The location is great! Close to restaurants and mall and the bay. The pool has it’s amazing view overlooking the mountains and the beach. The room size is bigger than usual hotel rooms plus they are generous in setting up 2 queen size beds on their rooms.

Location to beachs, plenty of restaurants, grocery's and pharmacy. Had studio, very very well equipped, not missing pots or cutlery or cups and plates, well thought out studio, top 10 to us, we have been slow traveling non stop last 18 months, could not ask for nicer studio. New and very well maintained. Location is in local Philippino neighborhood which we loved, if you want a tourist area or western style neighborhood this might not be your cup of tea. However building and rooms are new, modern and very western with gated parking

Accommodation is spacious and clean. Complete with kitchen utensils and appliances. Pet friendly. Have 2 bathrooms with amenities. The kids had enjoyed seeing live monkeys at the back garden of the house. Will recommend the place and go back again. Hopefully, the swimming pool is clean and has a better internet connection.
