Love the breakfast too- and thankful our hostess could move the time a little earlier so we could get to our Rail Hike on time.

This is a brand new hotel in Castelo de Vide with great amenities: walking distance to town, safe off-site parking, amazing breakfast and friendly personnel - especially Miguel who was warm and welcoming when we arrived in town. He suggested places to visit and places to eat. Obrigada Miguel!
Our modern bedroom had a view of the park. We loved 🥰 the aesthetically-pleasant decoration with a touch of simple lines yet modern ambiance. Great bed linens, dark curtains and modern lightings!
In the future, we definitely will stay a second time in Casa do Parque Nature and Heritage Hotel. So many places to visit but not enough time! A great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Castelo de Vide. Good breakfast. Right in the center of town and also close to the outside of the old town (where you need to park). The family room and the main rooms were quite large. Our upstairs couple room was on the smaller side but still plenty comfortable. There's a nice pool outside for summer use. A fire was lit and we kept it up in the living room. We used the generous living room a lot with 2 small children and cool weather. For a romantic stay book one of the bigger double rooms.

The apartment is located in the historic center of Castelo de Vide. It's an old house, but beautifully refurbished. It has everything needed to feel comfy, even a nice little terrace that was especially charming for having breakfast in the sun. Eduardo is an amazing host, always available for any question or assistance, friendly and with very good hints about activities or restaurants.

We were given an upper floor room with a balcony and a view of the mountains (accessible by lift or stairs). A good buffet breakfast was served in the first floor dining room which has a tree growing through it as part of the décor. There was free parking outside the hotel, which is a few minutes walk to the town centre. It made a good base for walking in the area.
