I stayed at the Hotel last week and had a mixed experience. On one hand, the hotel itself was perfect—the rooms, cleanliness, and facilities were all excellent. However, the stay was ruined by the staff's attitude. I found them to be very disrespectful and unprofessional. It is a shame that such a beautiful property is let down by poor service. I hope management addresses this, as guests should feel welcomed, not disrespected.

Lovely stay with my wife on transit from Umrah to Kenya. The bed was super comfy and clean. Bathroom were neat and clean. Provided hot water kettle and black coffee.

The rooms were very spacious and good condition. The staffs were very polite and helpful abd we had good hospitality during our stay in jeddah. Love to visit again ..

Indeed a best trip apartments. It was amazing apartment in Jeddah in An Nuzah District. Though there is a language barrier but things get done. Mart and food shops are nearby. 15 mins from Corniche Beach 2 mins from Mall of Arabia Nearby airport.

It's a good hotel and good price

Everything was good the two-bedroom apartment was very nice, bigger and nicer than the pictures, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful.
