Czech RepublicIt was a last-minute booking and it was a very good one - the hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, internet worked fine, staff was nice, it was not noisy. Location was for my needs perfect - not far from Al Balad (15 min walk), which was appreciated given the horrible traffic jams in Jeddah. 1 block from large Lulu hypermarket, 3 min walk from many mini-restaurants, so all in all a nice stay, which I would not hesitate to repeat.

NetherlandsI've stayed at several hotels in this area, and this is the best of them by a clear margin — though for unglamorous reasons. Its strengths are operational rather than cosmetic: it's simply run better than its neighbors.
The location is excellent. But what actually separated it from the nearby alternatives was execution. The rooms are noticeably quieter, the wifi was fast and reliable for the whole stay, and the staff were quick and genuinely capable. When I asked for a late check-out they sorted it without fuss.

PakistanVery Good Hotel in aziziya Makka...The staff is friendly and Hospitable. Only 10 Minutes to masjid ul haram by taxi. Location is Good. The Big Mosque is the nearest. Taxi charge 15 Rial Usually...Busy hours 20 Rial. All over the experience is very good. Very good restaurants and shopping malls are nearest to the hotel.
And the Gawa and dates on reception available most of the time are awesome.
Note: If you are coming by taxi ask him to go to the opposite street of Discount Store or Top Ten store. Near Baldia Aziziya.

I liked the home vibes I got from the place with lounge bedrooms with kitchen. The place is not in the centre of the city so not crowded but still having a lot of shops nearby for food and other things.
The hotel centered on heritage and culture so the ambiance and decor represented it.

But I couldn't find amazing, unique services like I found in Sheraton Makkah.
Really I enjoyed every moment.
Staff are so cooperative, they did upgrade for my room I booked by booking just when I told it's narrow. without any extra fees.they gave me big suit.
Nothing more to tell except, this is the best experience with hotels all over the world

Very nice room, quite spacious bed room, quite upscale amenities. spacious and comfortable couch. Plates and cutleries are made available. Very good bed and bathroom linen.
Check-in was okay, not very courteous. However, the lady during the check out was very courteous. Toiletries were good.
Pool had multiple options with different depths. The house keeping was quick and courterous.

We love our stay here. The hotel is comfortable, your staff really works into details, Thanks to Abdul Hannan who assist our luggage and help us with taxi booking, also Amani from Guest Relation who upgraded our room to Haram View.

The hotel rooms are very spacious with modern furniture, TV and chairs. The washroom was also big, neat and clean. The underground parking is available for hotel guests. Have variety of resturants and amneties, including pool, gym kids area etc.

The staff was very helpful, English speaking. Very good and fast communication with staff, they could recommend the places to visit. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kichenette well equipped, bathroom clean and functional.
The huge advantage is a great swimming pool at the roof. It is clean, well organized. Available to ALL guests!
The location is perfect - close to restaurants, shops, good transportation, short distance to interesting places.
During our 3 weeks in Saudi Arabia it was the most friendly hotel!

We stayed in junior suite and it was so so spacious! All rooms are big, from the living room, bathroom & bedroom. The location is nice since it's near Al Hamra Corniche, one of the best spot to see the King Fahd Fountain. Nice bed with lot of pillows. Strong AC which is nice given the hot weather outside. Breakfast is nice.
