Everything from location (on the main road, very easy to find and therefore perfect if you are going for umrah from the the east), comfy beds, very clean, free parking area, complete amenities, good breakfast, helpful staff.

This pristinely clean aparment, within its compact area, featured a bedroom, a toilet, a sitting area with sofas, and a kitchenette, which included a microwave oven, a stove, a set of all necessary cutlery and crockery, a kettle, a coffee brewer, a fry pan, and two cooking pots. They provided towels and toileries too. Climate controls and all other amenities worked properly. Even though you have to drive 15 kilometers in the opposite direction from the point where you turn right to reach Miqat Sail Al Kabeer (assuming you are coming through Riyad-Makkah highway), the hotel is worth visiting for a one night stay. Loved Al-Qaym locality too. Very peaceful and serene.
