Great breakfast, clean rooms and great spa

Great breakfast options for a smallish hotell. Staff was quick to assist, answer questions, and replenish. Super cozy lobby/bar/reception area - one of the best I’ve ever seen! Very central to Norrköping as well, can easily walk to shops, railway and bus stations, restaurants, the ‘Strömmen’ (Motala River), and the historic fabric district buildings. I loved it!

- Beds was comfortable. - we asked for an extra crib for our toddler and it was delivered within 5 mins to our door! - each of our kids got a complimentary mocktail, which was a big hit for them - location was great, next to a good shopping centre Ingesta - staffs were friendly and hardworking, especially during the busy breakfast time - swimming pool and sauna was great. We all enjoyed them

Location, perfect walking distance from everywhere and the train station. Staff is always friendly and accommodating Delicious breakfast and food in general So many amenities

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting, the rooms are luxurious, and the staff is top-notch. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special getaway.

Perfectly nice hotel. Very clean room, excellent location in the center of the city, very, very comfortable beds, the staff is very friendly and service ready, and the breakfast is a nice plus as it is quite rich. Overall definitely recommending this place to everyone going to Norrköping.

The hotel provided very good breakfast and the location was great with beautiful views from the window. Everything was clean and nice and the staff was very helpful and smiling.

I stayed for two days and my experience was exceptional thanks to Oliva at front desk. She was very helpful and provided me with the best service that i can ask for and honestly if ever come back to Norrköping then it will be because of the customer service she provided !

I was stunned with the hygiene of the place. All common areas were sparkling clean all the time. The staff was lovely. I found the location of the hotel perfect. It is in the heart of the old city center and close to many bars, coffee shops and supermarkets. There are so many things to explore and the sound of water from the outside is very soothing. Breakfast was nice. The bed was very comfortable.

Amazing location!! Not crowded, flat is perfect for 2 people, all in whats needed. Public transport super close, but no noise since flat is at level 5. No elevator, but we knew this, so no problem either :) Grocery nearby, restaurants neerby bakery too.

Smooth check in Staff arranged breakfast bags since we had to an early start of the day. Very practical with a fridge in the room. Price for parking was decent

Simple, clean, has everything you need for a short stay. Location was very convenient.

Very nice, spacious apartment on waterfront. We got very nice view from the drawing room as well as balcony. property has everything we need. Full equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfy beds. Drawing room was very spacious. It is in walkable distance from Norrköpping central station. 12-15 mins walk. There are shops, bars, restaurants also nearby within walking distance.

It was convenient being on top of the train station, the kitchen and living room space had a cozy feeling, the staff were helpful, the kitchen was well equipped and the breakfast was better than expected.

Stayed here with a few friends on a bike tour from Stockholm to Vättern and it was our best lodging of the trip. We especially enjoyed the unique shower, the Silkie chickens, and of course the location next to the lock. Would certainly recommend!

The location of the property for me was excellent -- I was travelling on business and the hotell was just walking distance away. The tram stop was also nearby, so connection to city centre excellent. The staff was very friendly and breakfast very delicious. There was also an opportunity to make myself coffee in the evening without disturbing anybody. In total the hotel was 10/10 for the money I paid.
