PolandIt's my second stay at the Carlton Hotel. I absolutely adore this place. Quiet area, very close to the city center. Helpful and super nice staff, beautiful rooms with lots of storage spaces. My all time favorite is the super long bathroom counter where I can keep my cosmetics in a such a comfortable way. This time I've picked the option with the breakfast, it was exceptional. Love the place, surely will be back soon.

We got upgraded to the suite and it was AMAAZING! The staff was very friendly, the room we stayed in was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. It gave us a restful night of sleep after an infernal day strolling about the city.

Rooms are pretty nice. Some nicer then others. Staff is awesome and accommodating, internet might be slower than dial up if that's before your time ask your mom or dad. But still can' make calls and text and surf the internet to find places to see

The location is good, however direct access to the beautiful lake is closed. The room is very spacious and clean with intimate décor. Breakfast offers a variety of delicious and fresh food in both Asian and Western styles (sandwiches and coffee). The lady in the restaurant and the cleaning staff are very kind. There is nice music (worldwide hits in Chinese) and a beautiful landscape around.

Amazing hotel with kind and smiling staff. They speak English too which is really convenient.
Good location, close to the train station and good places to visit.
The room has a desk and a good wifi connection to work if needed. Unfortunately only two power outlets but I'm maybe too picky.
It has a really big window and a bathtub so you can relax or enjoy the sun of Taiwan 🌞
I'll definitely go there again if I have to come back to this city.

The hotel was lovely and we had a large room with a king sized bed and updated features for the bathroom. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. They let us store our luggage while we met up with friends who live locally and provided umbrellas for us on a rainy day. They also helped us to get a taxi to the high speed rail station.

The federal room on the roof has been replaced to laundry and there are 12 washing machine and five dryers. It is really convenient for solo traveler to wash their clothes.
