the location is very good, next to the National Museum, and MRT is just several mins walk. And the staff really friendly and helpful! also unlimited mineral water bottle, that we can take. Also the room that I stayed, have a separate toilet room and shower.

This place is superb! It was so much better than expected. Such an incredible idea, an entire hotel catering for single people! I'm lacking a fat wallet, preferring a private room and not too keen on climbing up into a potentially 2nd level capsule. I was also looking for a place with an outdoor sitting area where you can smoke. At first the hotel looked really far away, but the location was so much better than expected. The metro in Taipei is incredibly efficient, and even better, both northbound and southbound trains can be caught from Banqiao station which also have buses to several places tourists want to go....and it's within walking distance from the hotel. No need to go to the main station. The metro station is only 2 min walk away for city sightseeing. 7-eleven is next door, and they have a solid selection of ready made meals which they will heath up for you. One of the Lin Family Gardens is 10min walk away. Everything at the hotel was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent lighting in the room. The common bathroom which had plenty of everything you need, were always immaculate. Nice common room, washing and drying machines, snacks and drinks available, good WiFi, friendly staff, common hot bath upstairs , open 24h, sandwiches for breakfast, buffet in the weekends. Couldn't have wished for better. I'll be back.

They gave a superior double room, which was an amazing room. Bed was big, beautiful view and bathroom. I loved the room. They also gave me chopsticks at no extra cost when my delivery failed to provide them

Everything was amazing. One of the best hostel I ve ever stayed in.

The cleanliness and attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. I also loved the shared lounge, the food is always ready and the ice cream is free and unlimited.

The free snacks and cup noodles, as well as the darts game at the basement.

I was given a room which had got a broken Aircon - it was totally not cold. Called the front desk, and I was moved to a different room. The staff member kept apologizing as he helped me moved my stuff.

We stayed for 7 nights and had an excellent time here at the hotel. Loved the separate living room, eating area with a sink, and the balcony. Super spacious, quiet, modern, clean and comfortable with lots of storage space. Perfect location close to Ximending with lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants. 15 minute walk to Taipei Main Station. Perfect place for day trips out of Taipei. Highly recommend this hotel as a base and will for sure stay here again when we come back to Taipei!!

Except for the Wi-Fi, everything is fantastic.
