AustraliaLocation is excellent as it's right near the MRT entrance and on the same street is the local market with great food options. Staff are super friendly and helpful, thank you! We also loved the decor and design of the room (especially having a sealed floor to ceiling door to the bathroom - rare in Taiwanese hotels for some reason!!!), the daily free snacks, their sustainability practices and their free self-serve laundry services. Will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this hotel to others!!!

Breakfast was varied, good, but quite expensive if you are a moderate eater. Very convenient though to eat in-house.

We were assigned rooms on the highest level 28. Fabulous view from bedroom window. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Toilet is separated from shower room. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Best hotel room we stayed in Taiwan. Will recommend to friends and will stay again. Cust Svs very helpful and helped to make reservation at restaurants & Massage.

Love the location, it’s within an 5 mins walk to the Rapha St Night market. Location is next to the river and the bike path. Very convenient if you are planning to ride. The rooms were spacious and clean. Simple design and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Staff were very helpful and patient. They allowed us to pack/assemble/park our bicycles in the open air space with the hotel. Nice river view if you get the ones with balcony. You can see the rainbow bridge.

1) Great location in Ximending with access to everything and short walk to MRT station.
2) Very comfortable and clean facilities, room. We had a triple bed room and it was very spacious.
3) Main reception and breakfast area was well set up with its tables, etc. and the breakfast was overall very good.
4) Friendly, responsive staff.
5) Free washer/dryer

Beautiful room. Upgraded to corner king. Great value for money. Mini bar/coffee/snacks restocked each day. Good quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was lovely. Left luggage after checkout no problems.

We loved to stay in this 2 bedrooms apartment, we had everything we needed. The location is next to the family mart and the departmemt store; it was easy to go everywhere since the Taipei Main Station.is in front of the apartment building and the taxi was easy to get.
They've been very helpful when I requested to do early check in because of my 2,5 yo child was sick. The view from the apartment is also beautiful. Definitely will come back to stay here again. Thanks so much.

Breakfast somewhat chaotic. Location was fine. Washing machine with dryer function at balcony was a bonus. Very pleasant, well equipped room. First time we got an upgrade.

Great location. 2 subway lines right underneath the hotel building. Many famous restaurants, snack shops and local market nearby. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room/bedding( stayed in Delux queen bed room). Strong shower pressure. Quiet room.

Location - It is near MRT Songjiang Nanjing Station, exit 6. There's also a bus stop near the hotel, though we used the MRT. Neighborhood is quiet on weekends.
Room - spacious for two person, bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice with bathtub. Our room doesn't have big windows or nice city view but it's ok if you don't mind having that. The room is clean.
Toiletries - you can get them at 2nd floor lobby. Just take whatever you need.

The staff upgraded my room to double bed room.the room is comfortable.they did not supply water in bottle,but can get water from water dispenser near counter. toilerities are not provided but can ask for it if necessary.
