The service from check-in to check-out was exceptional. The staff at Bar 32 was great and very courteous. Food ordered was delivered prompt and was delicious. The room and the view was simply breathtaking. It was worth every penny! I'd definitely be going back.

Beautiful building, and the location was best suited for our entertainment We were able to walk everywhere Also shout out to the Pizza 212 ( I think that’s what it was called) fire baked pizza best EVER !

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent and made it very convenient to explore downtown Cleveland. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The shower was amazing, with great water pressure, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. What stood out the most was the breakfast—it was by far one of the best hotel breakfasts I have experienced. The staff was exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt well taken care of from check-in to check-out.

The room was spacious and very clean

I love the proximity to the Cavs game! Also love the hotel decor. The Cleveland wallpaper in the bathroom was cool and I loved the holiday decorations in The Market, also appreciative of the cell phone charging station there.

Comfortable beds and the restaurant was great!!!

breakfast should be more varied

The friendly and courteous staff. The nice breakfast and the proximity to what I needed to do in the city. Close to where I had to go. It was a great experience!

The hotel was clean, the rooms were nice. The bed was extremely comfortable, I really really loved the spaciousness of the walk-in shower. The water pressure was also perfect, it was honestly the best shower I have ever had. The really enjoyed the breakfast. I also really liked that you get three vouchers for three adult beverages when you check-in, although I did not use them. It was my first time staying here, and it won't be my last. 10/10 would recommend if you plan on visiting Cleveland.

It was so close to our venue and easy access too

The hotel wasn’t far from the downtown core and it didn’t cost much to Uber there. The staff were quite outgoing and personable and breakfast being provided really did help get the day started without headaches. A big, open parking lot provided peace of mind so as to not having to worry about getting a ticket. Having a gym is great to keep those muscles fit and I especially loved those cubby chairs in the lobby — shaded, comfy and with a desk.

Loved the vibes. Very comfortable and cute. Perfect location. The staff was all super friendly and extremely helpful. Even if I felt like I was asking a lot of dumb questions they made me feel like it was alright and they were more than happy to help. They were kind, caring, respectful, and were extremely helpful.

Gerard made the whole stay a blast! He knows that you gotta have fun while you work and had an absolutely wonderful personality! We will be coming back again! Also, maybe it says it in the description but we didn't realize that the rooms have a legit kitchen equipped with nearly everything you'd need. Even a wine bottle opener!

Beautiful common spaces, connected to Cleveland Clinic without having to go outside, excellent breakfast included, clean room that was large with a great bathroom.

Centrally located downtown. Felt safe. Super clean. 2 bedroom apartment is fantastic and incredibly comfortable. Very large, simple design and beautifully decorated. Shared spaces including family/game room, gym etc are clean and modern. All needed amenities in apartment and then some. Gorgeous, large windows make apartment bright, comfortable and homey.

I enjoyed finding the hidden gems like taking pictures withbthwir polorid camera in the lobby.. The in and out valet parking is awesome! I was also able to send a happy birthday postcard as a sovinor for free. There are so many great things to doninsidevthe hotel. I had a ball for my staycation
